Job Description

The Maintenance Technician supports daily operations in an industrial manufacturing facility by performing mechanical, electrical, and building maintenance tasks. Working on the 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. shift, this role focuses on equipment repair, troubleshooting, and routine upkeep to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime and maintain safe operations.
• Use hand and power tools, especially wrenches, on a daily basis to assemble, disassemble, adjust, and repair mechanical components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including working with standard industrial voltages such as 240V and 480V, in both AC and DC applications.
• Diagnose and repair equipment involving water systems and pneumatic components, ensuring proper function and reliability.
• Conduct building maintenance tasks as needed, including general repairs and upkeep to support a clean and safe working environment.

Essential Skills

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Daily proficiency using hand and power tools, with strong experience working with wrenches.
• Knowledge of electrical practices and the ability to work safely with standard industrial voltages such as 240V and 480V, in both AC and DC systems.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leetsdale, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
