The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and ensuring the safety of general consumer vehicles. Working within a small team and reporting directly to the service manager, the technician applies their expertise to deliver high-quality automotive repair services. This role requires hands-on experience with state and emissions regulations as well as a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks
• Carry out safety inspections in compliance with state and emissions regulations
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and inspections

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair
• Technical certification in automotive repair or related field
• Knowledge of state and emissions requirements
• Valid driver’s license
