Expected salary range of $136,800 to $152,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). **Primary Purpose of Position** This position supports the digital transformation of the nuclear fleet by executing process rewrites, collaborating with Information Technology (IT), and contributing to product roadmap delivery. This role will develop and implement the digital transformation strategy at Constellation Nuclear, gather input from nuclear users and leaders to update and maintain a digital strategy that is aligned with management's vision for Nuclear, work with business stakeholders and IT to update the nuclear digital strategy and ensure it is a part of and fully aligned with the company digital strategy. Additionally, this role will support implementation of innovative solutions in conjunction with IT, Corporate Functional Areas Managers (CFAMS), and station personnel. The role will work under close supervision of the Sr. Mgr Nuclear Digital Transformation. Travel is required as necessary to meet business needs. **Primary Duties and Accountabilities** + Conduct rewrite of all processes to support digital transformation within the nuclear fleet. + Responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned roles in support of the overall product roadmap and vision established by the Nuclear Business Lead for digital transformation and assigned program/platform areas. + Collaborate with the IT department to provide business requirements for new technology implementation. + Define new indicators, dashboards, top management tracking of process undergoing digital transformation. + Engage with nuclear users and leaders to promote new initiatives, while collecting business requirements and feedback. + Support deployment planning and activities with vendor and IT Project Managers to complete project activities. + Support fleet rollout strategy for the digital processes and products. + Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management or pursuant to company policy, including but not limited to emergency response, departmental coverage, call outs, and support of outage activities in positions outside the department. **Minimum Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree and 8-years of related experience OR + Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 8 years of related experience OR + Associate degree with 10 years of related experience OR + High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience + Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with process change initiative + Experience in project management and implementation + Experience in various functional areas within the Constellation Nuclear Fleet + Nuclear work management experience + Familiarity with technology, innovation and start-up culture + Experience with utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to improve processes Constellation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and employees or applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to: age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state, or local law.
