Primary Care Physician - Base salary begins at $320k (Jersey Shore)

Job Duties:

• Provide outpatient care with a flexible schedule tailored to your lifestyle.
• Engage in a collaborative care model with APP panel sharing.
• Benefit from a robust support system, including Up-To-Date access, behavioral health collaboration, a 24/7 nurse call center, and a centralized prescription refill team.
• Participate in value-based care initiatives.
• Utilize Epic EMR and the new Ambient voice dictation tool to streamline documentation and reduce clerical burden.

Physician Support and Compensation:

• Competitive salary ranging from $320k to $375k, based on experience.
• Up to $250k in recruitment incentives.
• Residency/Fellowship stipend up to $45k, available up to 18 months prior to graduation.
• 15 days of paid medical education leave and $4,500 CME funds.
• Fully paid relocation assistance.
• Over $15k annual contribution to 401k.
• Involvement with medical students and residents.

Position Details:

• Education: Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (Required).
• License: Licensed Medical Doctor in Pennsylvania.
