Pay : $20–$21/hour | Schedule : Full-Time, 1st Shift

Your Day-to-Day:
• Operate high reach, stand-up forklifts with precision and care
• Load/unload trailers and move inventory between production and warehouse zones
• Build stable pallets (up to 6 ft high) and prep for shipment
• Accurately pick raw materials and finished goods
• Keep materials staged and production flowing
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all food safety procedures
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
• 3+ years of experience with high reach stand up forklifts in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and order picking accuracy
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in cold storage (freezer and warehouse)
• A high school diploma or GED
• Bonus: Experience in food production and FSQA knowledge
