**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a healthcare location.
+ Monitor access to the facility by checking identification and/or visitor credentials, supporting the control of entry and exit points.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
+ Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and/or emergencies to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including supporting evacuation procedures and/or guiding first responders as needed.
+ Maintain a professional presence at the front desk, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior.
+ Communicate clearly and courteously with all individuals entering the location, providing directions and/or information as appropriate.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 21 years of age.
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
