Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer patrolling a busy retail distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail and distribution location, including sales floor areas, receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support access control, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Support loss prevention and operational needs by observing merchandise movement, checking secured areas, and following post instructions related to deliveries, vendor activity, and/or after-hours access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
