What You’ll Do as an Assembler:
  • Operate assigned equipment and perform basic troubleshooting to support production.
  • Inspect parts to ensure they meet process and quality requirements.
  • Accurately complete required job and production documentation.
  • Follow all work instructions, safety rules, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and state and federal regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need as an Assembler:
  • Ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written, or other methods.
  • Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, ear protection, and safety shoes.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or able to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, and move throughout an entire shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted and with control.
  • Ability to raise arms above shoulder level and maintain hand dexterity for extended periods.
  • Frequent use of hands for handling parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, and reach as required by the job.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment:
  • On-site role within a metal stamping manufacturing facility.
  • Frequent exposure to large industrial machinery and moving mechanical parts.
  • Moderate to high noise levels.
