What You’ll Do:

• Conduct detailed residential energy audits within an 80-mile radius of Allentown, PA, without rushed schedules or unrealistic workloads.
• Install energy-saving measures that deliver immediate results for homeowners.
• Perform blower door testing, CAZ testing, and efficiency evaluations with reliable equipment.
• Engage and educate homeowners, representing a company known for integrity and high-quality work.
• Work in a variety of environments, including crawlspaces and mobile homes with safety as a top priority.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with strong support from leadership.
• Record and submit audit data accurately using modern tools and program standards.

What You Bring:

• BPI Certification is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in energy auditing, residential services, or a related field.
• Experience conducting blower door testing and customer safety evaluations is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, crawling, climbing, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building trust and encouraging energy-saving behaviors.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.

Custom Weatherization, LLC is a quickly growing company that was started in 2006 and has been providing energy efficient services to both residential and commercial properties ever since. We provide service and expertise on the following; installation and removal of insulation, air sealing, draft testing, appliance testing, repair and installation of water heaters/solar water heaters/water heater heat pumps and much much more! We work with and are registered providers for reputable companies such as PP&L and Met Ed. We also work among other weatherization programs in a number of different counties throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We have great knowledge of all code and inspection requirements in the State!
