Senior Compensation Partner

- Develop relationships with HR Partners and business leaders across the organization, and function as a compensation partner and subject matter expert.
- Conduct compensation studies to support total rewards pay strategy and great compensation package positioning.
- Recommend annual merit increase plan and salary structure movement to ensure market compensation plan is competitive in the area labor market.
- Manage market salary survey process and data.
- Support annual compensation process for administering annual increases, bonuses, and long-term Incentives.
- Project management/planning, coordinating process and planning process across multiple HR functions, performing system configuration, data validation and audits, implementing education sessions around the tool and process.
- Create and Coordinate communications, and act as compensation and benefits liaison with HR Technology team system tools, configurations, and analytics.
- Assess and make appropriate recommendations for several pay programs, structures and practices. Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of compensation information (including communications, tools, and education), and act as liaison to Human Resources Partners, HR management, and employees.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required with Human Resources or Finance focus.
- 5 + years direct compensation experience.
- 5 + years overall business and/or Human Resources experience.
- 5+ years experience administering fundamental salary administration and compensation programs and policies.
- 5+ years experience providing support and advice on job design, job evaluations (market pricing), new hire offers and promotional increases, department re-organizations, compensation communications, and other issues.
