Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Professional to manage an office of 6+ people. The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental consulting and geotechnical services.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple environmental and geotechnical projects, including proposal preparation, budget tracking, and scheduling.

• Prepare technical reports such as Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, Property Condition Assessments, and Subsurface Investigations.

• Assist principals with business development efforts.

Essential Skills

• 10-15+ years of consulting experience in environmental, geotechnical, or construction management.

• Management experience.

• Soil investigation experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) certification.

• Experience in construction management.

• Technical reporting expertise.

• Budgeting and scheduling coordination.

Work Environment

The role is based in an in-office, collaborative environment, managing and developing junior staff. Some travel within a 2-hour radius is expected. Opportunities for partnership and equity ownership are available, including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58.00 - $72.12/hr.
