Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

What you'll do:

• Operate flatbed rigs and ensure securement, tarping, and safe load handling.
• Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and basic equipment care.
• Coordinate routes and deliveries with dispatch to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate logs and adhere to DOT and ELD compliance.

Assignments include regional and longer hauls with 24/7 support and driver-friendly policies. Compensation: 80% of gross (typical weekly $7,500–$10,000) and a lease-to-own option within one year, plus a 90-day test drive.
