Your Mission

Produce high-quality thermoplastic belts by safely setting up, operating, and monitoring extrusion and secondary equipment, then fabricating endless belts that meet customer specifications.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and tear down extrusion lines, including Crosshead, Dies, and associated tooling.
• Operate extrusion and secondary machinery to meet specification and schedule.
• Interpret product prints; run in-process checks with dial calipers and micrometers.
• Follow ISO work instructions and JSAs to ensure safety and consistency.
• Move raw materials and finished goods appropriately within production.
• Label and prepare materials for drying and processing.
• Keep a current forklift license and use it safely.
• Complete secondary processes such as Driver Pad Drilling.
• Fabricate o-rings and profile belts using automated and manual approaches.
• Perform butt welding and verify weld integrity.
• Document production in the DSI shop floor control system with precision.
• Apply packaging standards; maintain cleanliness with routine housekeeping and 6S audits.
• Demonstrate Fenner Precision Polymers’ Values and Behaviors every day.
