Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Kitchen & Bath Designer / Salesperson with experience in online sales. This is a commission-only opportunity with unlimited earning potential for individuals who excel at generating leads, designing projects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Design kitchens and bathrooms based on customer needs and budgets
• Respond to and follow up with online leads from our website, email, and social media
• Prepare quotes, layouts, and project proposals
• Close sales and manage projects from design through delivery
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Stay current on product offerings and design trends

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen and bath design and sales preferred
• Proficiency in design software such as 2020 Design is a plus
• Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Experience with online sales and CRM systems is a plus

Compensation

• 100% commission-based compensation
