Superintendent
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee paving projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in a superintendent role, particularly in public projects such as those for Penndot and the Turnpike. A NECEPT certification is a plus. The candidate must be willing to work nights during the summer.
Responsibilities- Oversee a crew of 10-12 people.
- Manage projects ranging from 2 million to 20 million.
- Assist in project scheduling and coordination.
- Supervise paving operations and compaction quality control.
- 5-10 years of experience in a superintendent role for paving projects.
- Experience with public projects such as Penndot and Turnpike.
- Willingness to work nights during summer.
- NECEPT certification is a plus.
- Strong experience in construction management and planning.
- Experience in construction quality management and supervision.
- Familiarity with construction documents and commercial and highway construction.
