Residential Production Manager - Landscape Division
Location: Canonsburg, PA (Greater Pittsburgh)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday + occasional seasonal needs
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Summary
Growing Seasons Landscaping (GSL) is hiring a Residential Production Manager to oversee daily field operations for our residential landscape maintenance and enhancement crews. This role focuses on scheduling, workflow, quality control, equipment readiness, and supporting foremen. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, crew assignments, and route planning
- Lead, support, and coach foremen and crew members
- Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and production standards
- Review job scopes and ensure crews understand expectations
- Monitor materials, labor hours, and overall production efficiency
- Ensure equipment, trucks, and tools are ready and safe each day
- Enforce GSL safety protocols and core values
- Support winter snow operations as needed
Requirements
- Experience in landscape production or crew leadership
- Strong understanding of residential landscape services (mulching, planting, pruning, enhancements)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple crews
- Clear communication and team leadership abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
