Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor (Agency Contract)

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for evening shift (3pm–11pm) coverage in the Pottsville area. This is a short-term agency contract opportunity with premium pay and immediate scheduling needs.

• Agency Contract (3pm–11pm)
• Pottsville, PA Area
• $50/hour (All Listed Shifts)

Available Contract Dates

• June 18, 19, 20
• June 22–26
• June 27
• June 29 30

Must be able to commit to one or more of the listed shifts

Depending on our client's needs, there will be an option to extend the contract.

Position Overview

• The RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff and operations during the evening shift within a skilled nursing facility, ensuring quality resident care and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and provide clinical leadership
• Ensure high-quality resident care and safety
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team
• Manage shift operations and staffing needs
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed

Requirements

• Active PA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Prior supervisory experience in a nursing home or skilled facility required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work evening shift (3pm–11pm)
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
• Completion of required criminal background check, TB test, physical, and state required continuing education
