Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU acute care experience
- Active RN License
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications, Stroke CEUs
-Patient Ratio: Nights: 1:1:1-3 critical care; 1:4-6+ if floated
- May float to units within skillset.
- Patient Mix: Acute renal failure, GI Surgery, CVAs, TBIs, and vented px…
- Required Exp: Neuro ICU/SICU, strong EKG skillset, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, TAVI/TAVR, insulin protocols, CVVHD/CRRT, strong IV skillset, lumbar drains, post neuro surgery, EVD, and vents
