Contract & Negotiation Specialist (Hybrid – Allentown, PA)
$30–$40/hr | Long-Term Temporary | Hybrid (3 days onsite)

We’re looking for a detail-driven Contract & Supply Chain Specialist to support high-impact procurement and contracting initiatives. This is a contract-heavy role (not a traditional buyer position) where your ability to analyze, negotiate, and refine agreements will directly influence major business decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead contract negotiations for complex, high-value agreements (up to $100M annually)
• Review, redline, and track changes in contracts using Microsoft Office tools
• Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure strong commercial protections
• Analyze supplier proposals, pricing structures, and business risks
• Manage contracts from initiation through execution and performance tracking
• Resolve claims, disputes, and contract-related issues
• Support sourcing strategies across services, software, construction, and equipment
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Drive continuous improvement across supply chain processes

What You Bring

• Strong experience with contract redlining (required)
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and understand legal language
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (track changes is a must)
• Background in procurement, supply chain, or contract management
• Solid understanding of commercial terms, risk analysis, and supplier management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• OR
• equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or contracts Bonus Points For
• Experience with IT contracts
• Certifications like CPSM or CPM
• Lean / Six Sigma background
• Strong analytical and project management skills

Location & Schedule

• Hybrid role – Allentown, PA (3 days onsite required)
