Sous Chef
Affiliated with STARR Restaurants, LMNO is bright, lighthearted, and transportive. The cocktail menu puts extensive agave and craft spirit offerings in the spotlight. Built with customization in mind, bright and bold cocktails can be crafted with any spirit.
Bring your personality and your love of all thing’s agave, corn, and avocado. The team is looking for charismatic and dynamic Sous Chefs.

Qualified candidates will have:
- 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in a reputable, high-volume restaurant
- Prior experience training and mentoring an hourly line cook team
- Prior restaurant opening experience a PLUS!
- Excellent knife skills, plating technique, and precision to detail
- Can-do attitude with a radiating personality to support the team through service
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead-by-example
- A minimum of an associate’s degree from a culinary-focused university preferred
- Experience running expo in a busy kitchen
- A love for and appreciation of Mexican culture and cuisine
