Hiring Nature School Teachers in Central PA
Do you feel most at home in the woods? Do you believe children learn best through exploration, curiosity, and hands-on experience in nature?
We’re looking for passionate nature lovers, outdoor educators, and wilderness-minded educators to join our team working with preschool through middle school students in a nature-based learning environment.
Our programs take place primarily outdoors , where children spend their days exploring the woods, building resilience, learning practical outdoor skills, and developing a deep connection with the natural world.
Ideal candidates might be:
Nature enthusiasts and outdoor educators
Survivalists, bushcraft or wilderness skills practitioners
Educators or early childhood professionals
Naturalists, guides, or environmental educators
If you love working with children, feel comfortable outdoors in all seasons, and believe learning should be active, meaningful, and rooted in nature , we’d love to hear from you.
