Role:

Join our team as a Senior Accountant/Lead Accountant in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization where your leadership will drive financial operations across an international, multi-entity business.

This individual will be a key accounting/finance addition to the team with responsibility across financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making. We are looking for someone with strong technical accounting expertise, consolidations experience, sound judgment, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced project-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Accounting with financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for domestic and international operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP and global standards.

• Provide strategic financial analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership to support decision-making and operational improvements.

• Assist with monthly closes, consolidations, intercompany accounting, and cash flow projections across multiple entities.

• Assist with treasury operations, including liquidity planning, FX exposure, and credit facilities.

• Lead operational finance initiatives including payroll, AP/AR, benefits, and internal controls.

• Champion process automation and financial system upgrades to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive technical accounting experience
• 1+ years of lead, supervisor or management experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop; familiarity with ERP systems is advantageous.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Working Situation:
This will be hybrid with 2 or 3 days a week in the office
