One of our clients is seeking a Housing Stabilization Specialist in the Western area of Philadelphia.

This assignment is a 4-Day a week opportunity. 9a-5p (1st shift).



SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a passionate individual to provide housing stabilization families experiencing homelessness in our Rapid Re-housing (RRH) Program. As a RRH Housing Stabilization Specialist, you will be responsible with managing a caseload of singles, with multiple housing barriers, as they work toward housing and economic stability.



CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year experience in case management
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the health system, community-based organizations, and partners in the designated service area(s).
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, PA State Background Check, & Act 126.
• Provide documentation of: CPR Certification, First Aide Level 2 Certification.
• Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: Physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) test,
