Compensation: $55,000–$65,000 Base Salary + Growth Opportunity

Euclid Fish Company is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to grow and support customer relationships across the Cleveland market. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and helping restaurants, markets, and foodservice operators access premium seafood and specialty food products.

What You’ll Do

Drive Territory Growth

• Develop and manage a portfolio of restaurant, retail, and foodservice accounts

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory

• Conduct in-person client visits to build strong, long-term relationships

• Introduce new products, seasonal offerings, and specialty items

Account Management & Customer Support

• Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing product knowledge and menu insights

• Maintain consistent communication through scheduled visits, calls, and email follow-ups

• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately by coordinating with internal logistics and operations teams

Business Development

• Prospect new customers through cold outreach, referrals, and local networking

• Present Euclid Fish’s full product program to prospective clients

• Support customers with product sampling and menu development ideas

Sales Operations

• Track customer activity and sales progress using CRM tools

• Maintain weekly sales schedules and territory updates

• Participate in company meetings and seasonal sales initiatives

• Organized and comfortable working with CRM and Microsoft 365 tools

Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

• Previous sales or foodservice industry experience preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel

• Ability to occasionally lift 30–50 lbs and enter refrigerated environments when required
