Transteck, Inc. has an immediate opening for a 2nd shift Shop Foreman at our Freightliner of New Stanton location. If you possess the skills and experience we are looking for please apply below and you will be contacted by one of our hiring managers.

Shop Foreman position: Position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff. Essential job functions include: billing out work performed on Repair Orders, dispatching work to technicians, monitoring of shop productivity, follow-up with work progress, coordinate parts orders with parts department, etc. Our facilities are kept clean and the pace is fast - all part of providing the best service to our customers.

Essential job functions of Shop Foreman include:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role.

• Be able to work 1st or 2nd shift as required

• Have some experience as a mechanic.

• Have excellent communication and supervisory skills.

• Familiarity with computers.

• We use CDK (ADP) business systems and experience with that system will be a plus.
