Financial Analyst - Onsite Role

Financial Analyst – Feeser’s Food Distributors | Harrisburg, PA (Onsite)**

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Enterprise Analytics & Modeling
- Lead analytical capabilities across Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Transportation
- Build advanced analytical models, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Develop a deep understanding of Feeser’s go‑to‑market strategy and operational functions
- Initiate analyses with a growth mindset to solve problems and recommend solutions
- Explore competitor, industry, and macroeconomic trends to strengthen analytics
Oracle Transformation & Data Evolution
- Partner with the Corporate Financial Analyst to advance analytics during the transition to:
- Oracle Fusion
- Oracle Analytics Cloud
- Oracle EPM
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting and data capabilities
Profitability & Performance Insights
- Analyze profitability by region, business segment, customer, and item category
- Identify variability, trends, and opportunities to improve margins
- Support Sales, Purchasing, and Marketing with rebate‑driven insights
- Collaborate with Pricing and Rebate Analysts to drive cross‑functional recommendations
Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Management
- Manage day‑to‑day department budget activities
- Monitor expenses, post accruals, and explain variances
- Prepare monthly forecast updates and annual budget submissions
- Present findings to leadership with actionable plans
- Lead cash flow and working capital forecasting
Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement
- Execute ad hoc projects to reduce costs, increase sales, or improve operational efficiency
- Stay informed on industry and economic trends impacting financial performance
- Identify areas where deeper analytics can drive meaningful improvement

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Data Analysis, or related field (required)
- 2–4 years of experience as a Finance or Data Analyst (required)
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or EPM tools (preferred)
- Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle EPM, or Oracle Fusion (a plus)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Clear verbal communication skills
- Repetitive hand and wrist motions
