SUMMARY
Schultz Technology is seeking a Systems Analyst 2 to provide exceptional client support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for desktop, network, server, and other IT systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Service:
- · Consistently uphold a client-first philosophy by prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service in every interaction.
- · Demonstrate a proactive approach to understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled in a timely, professional manner.
- · Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering tailored solutions and expert guidance to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- · Strive to exceed client expectations by anticipating potential challenges and offering preemptive solutions to minimize disruptions and enhance their experience.
- · Foster long-term client relationships through excellent communication, transparency, and a focus on building trust and mutual respect.
- · Continuously monitor and evaluate client feedback to ensure high service standards and identify areas for improvement, working toward consistently meeting or surpassing satisfaction targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- · Travel to client locations for on-site support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- · Provide remote assistance to clients for desktop, network, and server issues, ensuring quick resolutions.
- · Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and administration of server environments.
- · Deploy and manage VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- · Install and configure SonicWall firewalls and routers, ensuring seamless client connectivity.
- · Manage printer deployment and ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- · Install, configure, and troubleshoot software to maintain operational efficiency.
- · Perform malware removal and ensure system security for clients.
- · Administer and support Office 365 and Azure environments for clients.
- · Conduct best practices assessments to optimize client IT infrastructure and workflows.
- · Maintain a travel requirement of a minimum of 50%.
- · Perform additional tasks as assigned, ensuring continuous support and client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty to a high standard. The following qualifications are required:
Required:
- Strong experience with firewalls (e.g., Cisco, SonicWall)
- Proficient in Windows Server 2012R2–2022 and Windows 7/8/10/11
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi 7+ or Microsoft Hyper-V
- Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools such as ConnectWise and/or Automate
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a client-first approach
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- High School diploma or equivalent required
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Previous experience with network infrastructure and server deployment
- Experience with Office 365/Azure administration
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., VMware, Cisco, Microsoft)
- Knowledge of malware removal and security best practices

- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during shifts
