Transteck, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Shop Foreman at our Freightliner of Philadelphia dealership located in Levittown, PA. Shop Foreman position: Position is directly responsible for supervising, motivating and assisting technical staff. Essential job functions include: billing out work performed on Repair Orders, dispatching work to technicians, monitoring of shop productivity, follow-up with work progress, coordinate parts orders with parts department, etc. Our facilities are kept clean and the pace is fast - all part of providing the best service to our customers.Essential job functions of Shop Foreman include:The ideal candidate will have experience in working in an Automobile or Truck Service Center in a supervisory role.Have some experience as a mechanic.Have excellent communication and supervisory skills.Familiarity with computers.We use CDK (ADP) business systems and experience with that system will be a plus.We offer competitive pay rates (based on experience) and benefits including:UniformsMedical InsuranceDental and VisionSTD and LTD Insurance401kTransteck, Inc. one of the largest Truck dealers in the North East with 14 locations and 4 body shops.
