Personal assistant company manager
We're Hiring: Personal Assistant to Company Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
A growing plumbing and construction company is looking for a dedicated and trustworthy personal assistant to support the company manager directly. This is a dynamic, hands-on position with real responsibility and long-term growth potential.
Job Responsibilities:
Office and administrative support (scheduling, documentation, organization)
Managing CRM system – tracking clients, leads, and ongoing projects
Following up with customers and vendors when necessary
Field work: errands, deliveries, purchasing materials
Basic bookkeeping support (QuickBooks)
Light physical work when needed
Communication and coordination across different job sites
Requirements:
Valid U.S. driver’s license – required
Valid Social Security number – required
Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and email – required
Experience with CRM systems – preferred
Working knowledge of QuickBooks – strong advantage
Familiarity with Pittsburgh and surrounding areas – advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Seeking stable, long-term employment (not a temporary or student role)
Work Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (Flex)
Friday: 08:00 – 14:00
