Team Lead - Salesforce Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction in the requirements and design phases of a project to define and design both the business and technology solutions.
- Create logical and physical design artifacts to be consumed by the business and technology teams.
- Supervise the work of the technical team to define the high-level and low-level tasks required to deliver the business and technology solution.
- Work one on one with technical team members to estimate and refine estimates to complete low-level tasks.
- Ensures that maintenance and enhancement practices are followed to support service level agreements for system availability.
- Liaisons with other technology teams within the organization as necessary to support projects for which there are dependencies or adjacencies.
- Works with peers within the department to define, institute, and govern architectural standards.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Design, develop, and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcomes and consequences of design.
Education and/or Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and technical certifications are helpful but not a requirement.
Relevant Work Experience:
- 5+ years of software project development experience.
- 3-7 years’ experience using PL/SQL (Oracle) or equivalent.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $100,280.00 - $142,895.00 USD annually for full time employees.
