Join a team developing advanced rotating electric machines for transportation applications. This opportunity offers hands-on involvement in the design, analysis, testing, and development of innovative propulsion technologies while collaborating with cross-functional and global engineering teams.
Location: Erie, PA
Pay Rate: Up to $90/hour (based on experience)
Support the design, analysis, testing, and integration of electric machine components and systems
Participate in new product development and design reviews
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and presentations
Provide manufacturing, factory, and reliability support
Assist with laboratory testing and product validation
Collaborate with engineering teams to solve technical challenges
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
5+ years of relevant engineering experience
Basic knowledge of electric machine design principles
Ability to work in the Erie, PA area throughout the contract
GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis
Electric machine theory and applications
ANSYS or similar analysis tools
Stress, CFD, and vibration analysis
DFMEA and Six Sigma experience
Strong communication and leadership skills

Pay Details: $80.00 to $90.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
