Customer training manager

** While this job is remote, the employee will be regularly performing work at customer locations around the US. **

The Training Manager is responsible for coaching and enabling trainers at customer organizations to ensure effective adoption of Verifi's technology leveraging existing training materials and methods. You will lead the design and delivery of training programs that equip customer-side operators, field teams, and maintenance personnel with the knowledge and best practices required to realize full product value.

This is a hands-on role, blending technical understanding, coaching expertise, and strong communication skills to drive customer outcomes at scale

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical training, customer enablement, or field operations in a B2B or industrial context

  • Strong coaching and communication skills, with experience enabling trainers or frontline teams

  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, actionable training content

  • Comfortable engaging with customer stakeholders from the plant floor to corporate leadership -

  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, up to 75% of the time, to lead in-person training and support deployments

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Science Related

  • Field service operations, industrial equipment, or maintenance practices

  • Familiarity with concrete, construction, or heavy industrial sectors

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates and provide the local pay range for this position which is $80,000 to $100,000 per year. This base pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Annual Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $87,200 to $109,000. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
