We are a top tri-state contractor with a large backlog of projects kicking off in 2025. We are looking to add talented individuals to our team to properly support the backlog.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects
• Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems
• Develop and implement quality control measures for projects
• Effectively communicate with client
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
• Manage and mentor junior staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
