CNC Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 to $28.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm )

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
• Set up machines, load materials, and perform basic programming or adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Identify and troubleshoot machining or programming issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.

CNC Operator Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating CNC machines required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
