We're looking for a versatile and dependable Skilled Craftsman/Laborer to help us deliver beautiful, functional, and legendary spaces for our clients.

Position Summary

The Skilled Craftsman/Laborer plays a key role in executing remodeling and construction projects from demolition through finish work. This position requires a broad base of construction knowledge, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a wide variety of remodeling and construction tasks including:
Framing, drywall installation, and finishing
Tile setting, flooring, trim, and finish carpentry
Cabinet and fixture installation
Electrical work (non-licensed tasks)
Significant plumbing expertise, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair
Demolition and site prep
Read and interpret project plans and notes
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Communicate professionally with clients, coworkers, and supervisors
Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
Assist with material handling, tool setup, and project logistics
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve project quality and efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on residential construction or remodeling experience
Proficiency with hand and power tools
Strong understanding of construction techniques and building materials
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving project needs
Technology friendly, experience utilizing JobTread is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience specifically with bathroom remodeling
Basic electrical knowledge
In-depth plumbing experience.
OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Ability to lead small projects or mentor apprentices

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
