Remote Senior Vice President of Growth

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives focused on driving scalable, revenue-centric growth. Collaborating closely with sales teams, you will enhance the impact of marketing strategies across high-priority accounts. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and presentations will play a fundamental role in achieving sales objectives. Accountabilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team with clear KPIs tied to pipeline impact and revenue outcomes.
- Oversee sales engagement with tailored marketing plans focused on upsell opportunities and renewals.
- Direct new business pitches and strategic client presentations with a focus on effective storytelling.
- Create executive-ready pitch decks and proposals in collaboration with Sales and Program Management.
- Drive bespoke sales enablement for priority accounts through customized marketing strategies.
- Identify high-value accounts and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales Leadership.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years in sales-aligned growth marketing or similar leadership roles.
- Proven track record of owning revenue-driving initiatives impacting pipeline quality and win rates.
- Extensive experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic prioritization of target accounts.
- Expertise in narrative development and pitch theatre execution.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Data-informed decision-making with an AI-first mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
