Job Description:
Support a high-impact, cross-functional Agile team by bridging business needs with technical execution in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Product, UX, Dev, and QE teams to ensure clarity on business goals

Partner with SMEs and facilitate cohort-based initiatives

Capture and package business feedback for dev team execution

Apply Lean methodology to improve efficiency

Define and track OKRs with leadership

Maintain clear documentation and communication with all stakeholders
Requirements:

Must-Haves:
-
3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly

Familiarity with Miro, Slack, or Jira

Nice-to-Haves:

Scrum certification

Experience with cohort-based testing or learning programs
