POSITION: Senior Director of Residential Services

STATUS: Full Time; 37.5 hours / week

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Monday through Friday

LOCATION: Wilkinsburg

Milestone Centers, a subsidiary of Partners For Quality Inc., is a nonprofit, community-based human services agency supporting individuals with behavioral health challenges and intellectual & developmental disabilities in communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. Milestone Centers has earned certification from the Sanctuary Institute for providing trauma-informed care.

Responsible for providing support to the Supervisor and peers of a mental health peer support center.

• Demonstrates and reflects a commitment to the mission and values of Milestone by serving others with respect, dignity and compassion.
• Utilizes Sanctuary Model's shared values, the Seven Commitments and tools to conduct daily tasks.
• Acting as a receptionist or supervising volunteers to ensure that only members are permitted to stay in the center and keeping attendance records, issuing membership cards and conducting consumer surveys.
• Responsible for assisting with food bank orders-pick-up and distribution (as needed)
• Responsible for reporting crisis or conflict situations to the Chain of Hope Supervisor.
• Responsible for promoting peer support, self-help, empowerment, and consumer
• Responsible to do clerical work as needed.
