What You Will Do (The Mission)

Build Infrastructure: Establish formal HR processes, compliance workflows, and performance management systems from the ground up.
Drive Talent Acquisition: Design and execute recruitment strategies to source, interview, and hire the team members who will fuel our expansion.
Develop Culture: Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and inclusive workplace environment where employees love to work.
Advise Leadership: Partner directly with leadership to align human resources strategies with overall business growth goals.
Manage Operations: Oversee day-to-day payroll coordination, benefits administration, onboarding, and employee relations.

What You Bring (The Requirements)

Solid HR Foundation: 4+ years of progressive HR experience (Generalist, Specialist, or HRBP roles).
Leadership Ambition: A clear desire to step into a management role and take full accountability for the HR department.
Knowledge & Compliance: Deep understanding of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
Builder Mindset: Excitement about working in a smaller, nimble environment where you get to create systems rather than just maintain them.
Communication Skills: Ability to connect authentically with shop floor employees and confidently present ideas to the leadership team.
