Senior ecommerce associate - multiple

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, the eCommerce Sr. Associate drives communication for digital needs with the business for the team. You will lead external communication with vendors and guests on digital strategy for brand and product. The eCommerce Sr. Associate oversees and prioritizes workload for their direct report, eCommerce Associate. We have an opportunity for QVC to support Soft lines and an opportunity for HSN to support hardlines.

Your Impact

• Develop content strategy for the category, brand, and products including TSV/BIG/Steal.
• Create category projections and achieve the Digital and Category sales plan.
• Use sales and metrics to create Digital experience, identify new selling methods.
• Lead category projects including events, present in brand/category Strategy meetings.
• Create and distribute the department, brand, event and promotional briefs for category and product detail content including TSV/BIG/Steal.
• Review product content (digital images, copy) to meet the strategy, generating recaps and reporting to guide future strategies.
• Employ systems and tools to accomplish daily and long-term assignments.
• Work with internal partners on execution for the category and department.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning to strategize driving items, brands, categories and eCommerce strategies to meet sales goals.
• Use data-driven insights from Coremetrics, Tableau, Microstrategy, DART Dashboard and established customer segments to develop programs that provide a more personalized shopping experience.
• Work with vendors and guests to develop category/brand appropriate recommendations for the eCommerce strategy (i.e. content, customer marketing programs, email campaigns, photos).

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience
• You have 3 plus years' experience in an eCommerce environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Tableau, & windows based systems
