- Be the First Point of Contact: Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our agency.
- Manage Incoming Calls: Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, directing calls to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule Appointments: Organize and maintain calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling for clients and staff.
- Assist with Administrative Tasks: Support our team by managing paperwork, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide Customer Support: Address client questions and concerns with care, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a positive team dynamic.
- Handle Billing and Payments: Process payments and assist clients with billing inquiries as needed.
- Promote Agency Services: Share information about our insurance products and services to help clients find the best solutions for their needs.
- Embrace Continuous Learning: Keep up-to-date with our agencys products and services, as well as industry trends to better assist clients.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage with customers and team members effectively.

- Property and Casualty License: Must have or be able to obtain a property and casualty license, as this is essential for discussing insurance options with clients.
