Pittsburgh’s only true French Bistro is hiring a Cook to join our scratch kitchen. We are a family-owned restaurant dedicated to consistency, teamwork, effective communication, and professional development. This role is ideal for a cook seeking restaurant cook jobs in Pittsburgh who wants to develop authentic French technique, refine knife skills, and achieve plating precision.
What You’ll Do
- Work side by side with the Chef in a respectful, calm kitchen
- Prepare classic French dishes from scratch daily
- Execute recipes accurately and maintain food quality standards
- Support service, prep, station set up, and closing procedures

What You Bring

Schedule
Full-Time
Wed–Sat: 12:30PM–9:30PM
Sun: 9AM–2:30PM
