Customer Experience Specialist (Field based) Location Philadelphia, PA :

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will serve as a critical clinical resource within the Emergency Care business, providing clinical, technical product application (end-user), and educational sales support to internal teams and healthcare professionals. You will support Stryker's U.S. Sales teams by delivering in-service education, facilitating product adoption, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the care continuum. Regular travel is required to support training, sales efforts, and customer education at healthcare sites.

What you will do:

• Provide clinical and technical product support during pre- and post-sale activities for Emergency Care products
• Deliver in-service training and hands-on education to clinicians, EMS professionals, and hospital staff on product use and best practices
• Collaborate with sales teams to align training programs with sales objectives and customer needs
• Participate in product evaluations, demos, and conversions, supporting customer adoption and satisfaction
• Troubleshoot product-related clinical inquiries and escalate technical issues when necessary
• Stay current on clinical trends and emergency care protocols to effectively support and educate end users
• Support new product launches and post-market activities with clinical insight and field feedback
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, training provided, and product performance in the field

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, Emergency Medicine, or related field.
• Current licensure or certification: RN, Paramedic, EMT or similar clinical credential
• Ability to travel up to 60% nationally to support field activities

Preferred:

• Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, EMS, trauma, or critical care
• Strong understanding of emergency care environments: EMS, ED/ER, prehospital systems
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

$64,600 - $89,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
