The Opportunity:
As we enter our centennial year, we are growing and looking to hire Landscape Forepersons to join our team this spring. We aim to have crews ready to start in March or early April.

We are looking for motivated leaders with a strong work ethic to lead crews in diverse site work, landscaping, and landscape construction.

Responsibilities :

• Foreperson will work in the field and be responsible for job layout, job inventory, communicating with clients, and training new crew members.
• Foreperson will also need the following skills: organize job tasks, time management, planting, safe operation of landscape equipment, hand and power tools.
• In addition, knowledge in plant identification and maintenance, construction materials and installation including timbers, pavers, irrigation (drip), lighting, concrete, and deck construction is preferred.

• Have three years industry experience experience performing maintenance and/or landscape & hardscape installation or a relevant degree
• Experience in leading/management of yourself and others in performance of this work
• A valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
• Able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds

Annual pay is variable and is based on attendance, hours worked, experience, and the availability of prevailing wage projects.
