• 10+ Years of Progressive Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing leadership.

• Proven Tenure: A history of stable, long-term contributions at previous organizations.

• Decision-Making Authority: The ability to make high-stakes operational decisions under pressure while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to interface with executive leadership and front-line associates alike.

Responsibilities

• Elite Team Command: Lead, mentor, and mobilize a diverse warehouse team. Build a culture of accountability, high morale, and peak productivity .

• Operational Orchestration: Direct the heartbeat of the facility—overseeing inbound/outbound flow, inventory, and fulfillment to crush daily KPIs.

• Strategic Planning: Master resource allocation by strategically deploying labor and equipment based on volume forecasts to ensure maximum efficiency.

• Performance Coaching: Set the gold standard. Conduct real-time coaching and develop the next generation of logistics talent.

Safety, Quality & Optimization

• Champion of Safety: Ownership of a "Safety First" environment. Enforce OSHA standards and lead proactive hazard mitigation.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean-style improvements to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs.

• Inventory Integrity: Guard facility accuracy. Oversee rigorous cycle counting and WMS documentation to ensure 99%+ precision.
