We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Small Business Assistant to support the daily operations and growth of our brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in creative and fast-paced environments, and is passionate about helping a small business run smoothly behind the scenes and in front of customers.

The ideal candidate understands that every task from packaging orders to assisting customers and supporting launches plays an important role in the overall customer experience and success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Carefully pack and prepare customer orders for body care, perfumes, fragrance products, and merchandise
• Help Fill, label, and prepare perfume and fragrance products with accuracy and consistency
• Ensure all orders are accurate, organized, and beautifully presented before shipping
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces, inventory areas, retail displays, and packing stations
• Assist with inventory management, stock counts, supply organization, and restocking
• Help prepare for product launches, events, pop-ups, promotional drops, and busy sales periods
• Perform quality control checks on products, packaging, and outgoing orders
• Assist with retail store operations and provide excellent customer service in-store
• Greet and assist customers with professionalism, product knowledge, and a welcoming attitude
• Support day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks as needed
• Assist with social media posting, content preparation, and basic online engagement
• Help create and maintain brand presentation standards across packaging, retail, and online platforms
• Support organization of supplies, product materials, displays, and business equipment
• Assist with receiving deliveries, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments
• Help with general business support tasks to keep operations efficient and running smoothly

• Ability to lift light to moderate boxes when needed
• Previous experience in retail, fulfillment, customer service, warehouse, or small business environments is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok is a plus
• Appreciation for branding, presentation, creativity, and customer experience

Part Time 9am -3 pm Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
