What You’ll Be Doing

Directing traffic and guiding drivers safely through work zones

Setting up and taking down traffic control signs and cones

Keeping construction crews and the public safe during roadwork

Staying active and working outdoors in all weather conditions

What You Need to Bring

A valid driver’s license – this is a must

A strong sense of responsibility and awareness of your surroundings

Willingness to work in all types of weather

Experience with general labor, landscaping, or construction is helpful but not required

A positive attitude and reliability – we count on you to show up and stay alert

What You’ll Get

Starting pay of $16/hr, with a raise to $18/hr after 6 months

Monday–Friday schedule, 6AM–4PM – weekends off

Paid training – no experience needed

A chance to grow into roles in construction, utilities, or public works

Work with a crew trained to PennDOT safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
