Digital Marketing Specialist
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead multi-channel campaigns including paid media, organic search, email automation, and social media.
- Oversee SEM and social media advertising (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns with segmentation and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce performance-driven content.
- Monitor KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
- Conduct A/B testing and UX research to optimize user experience and campaign performance.
- Report on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Work with existing vendor relationships while looking to enhance performance through additional strategic partnerships.
- Stay current with digital trends, privacy regulations, and emerging technologies.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or e-commerce.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, HTML, Kentico, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to balance automation with authenticity in digital campaigns.
