M&M Landscaping is growing, and we are looking for motivated, reliable, and skilled team members who take pride in building and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
We are not just cutting grass. We build landscapes that stand out.
If you have experience in retaining walls, irrigation systems, or hardscape installation, we want to talk to you. Skilled tradesmen will be compensated at a premium, based on experience and performance.
What You’ll Do
- Weekly and bi-weekly mowing routes
- Mulch installation and seasonal cleanups
- Retaining wall construction and repair
- Walkways, patios, and decorative hardscapes
- Irrigation system installation and troubleshooting
- Shrub trimming and landscape maintenance
- Property maintenance for residential and commercial clients
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping or hardscaping preferred
- Retaining wall and paver installation experience is a major plus
- Irrigation knowledge highly valued
- Ability to operate commercial equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Team-oriented mindset
