Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees while providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document management.

Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and presentations.

Maintain office calendars and coordinate internal communications.

Order and manage office supplies and inventory.

Coordinate mail, courier services, and deliveries (incoming and outgoing).

Support internal departments with administrative tasks and special projects.
Essential Skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Receptionist or administrative experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
-
Experience in the industry of rebar, wire mesh, or other steel products would be a big plus.
Work Environment
This position will be located at the front desk in a small facility with around 8 employees on-site. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The dress code is business casual. Employees enjoy paid holidays during the contract period, and there is potential for growth as evidenced by the previous receptionist's promotion.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
